The Six Tables restaurant was conceptualized by Chef Roland Levi and his wife Gail.
Their newest location, in Las Vegas, opened in October 2007 and as happened in each previous location, is sure to become as popular with locals as well as seasonal visitors to Vegas.
Since their inception, every Six Tables location continues to be profitable.
As we continue to grow, each restaurant and each chef develops its own character, while still holding the principles of simple, European-style fine dining close to the heart.
