the principles of simple, European-style fine dining. Each night, depending upon the availability of certain ingrediants and fresh fish, meats and vegetables, a delightful menu is created.

WIth a prompt 7:00 p.m. seating time, each chef welcomes everyone and describes the selections of fine food that will be served that evening.

 

 

 

 

 

duckEach meal begins with champagne, followed by the first of six courses. There are usually up to 4 choices for the main course, and the meal always includes our signature home made breads and cheese platter, accompanied by a fine port wine, then one of signature desserts.
